Something to Think About
Think about this...if you exercise 3 times a week, you are bound to get results. What is 3 times a week compared to the "too busy" lifestyle we all claim to have?
1 hour in a 24 hour day.
3 hours in a 168 hour week.
12 hours in a 720 hour month.
If you can work hard for half a day just once a month, think about the results your body will get. Don't look just physically, but look emotionally. Don't you think your work life and personal life will improve if you look and feel better, have more confidence and more endurance to get through the day?
If you can put in overtime in your job to make more money but cause you more stress, why not exercise to relieve some of that stress and een things out? It will do more than just relieve stress, I promise.
It doesn't take much to make a huge difference. If you need a push in the right direction, contact me and I will help. Getting started is the hardest part, but it is all downhill from there. You may just need the right guidence.

Meadowlark Lemon
It was such a pleasure meeting Hall of Famer, Meadowlark Lemon, one of the original Harlem Globetrotters. Every Tuesday, I meet with the Rotary Club and Meadowlark came to join us for lunch.
Meadowlark gave a wonderful speech about how every person comes into your life for a reason. I certainly feel that way about so many people I have crossed paths with.
I am really looking forward to tomorrow night where we will be able to see Meadowlark and the gang play live here in Wilmington. It is going to be a blast!!

Cape Fear Heart Walk
Thank you everyone who has already donated money to the American Heart Association for this year's Cape Fear Heart Walk. It is awesome to see so many people come together for a common good. As of this point, we have raised $42,986 and our goal is $150,000.
The event takes place at the UNCW Athletic Fields on October 16th 2010 and you can get all the information you can by clicking here: Cape Fear Heart Walk
